Withdrawal Conditions

All of your withdrawals may be done using the casino software. Click on the ‘Menu’ button in the Lobby of the software and then choose the ‘Withdrawal’ option. Now choose the method of withdrawal that you prefer and enter the amount you wish to withdraw in the space provided.
The minimum withdrawal is $100. According to player class, withdrawals are paid in installments of up to $2500. This may take 5-10 business days. Players are notified by email when winnings are sent.
All withdrawals and changes to payment details must be cleared by Grand Macao’s Security Department. New players who are withdrawing for the first time are required to provide the following documents:
• Player’s proof of identity (drivers license, picture ID)
• Player’s proof of address (credit card statement, cell phone bill, utility bill)
• Copies of all the credit cards that were used to deposit at Grand Macao Casino
• A completed and signed Faxback Form
Additional documents may be requested and must be approved by the Security Department before any funds are released. This is strictly required for a first time withdrawal. |
